We are pleased that you are interested in receiving information about Silver Gate Yacht Club.

If you decide that you would like to join our club, simply stop by the club and complete a membership application and return it to the club with the required initiation fee. We will begin the process of your application approval.

The procedure is simple. We post your application on the club bulletin board for 30 days prior to Board action. At the same time your name and desire to apply for membership will also appear in our monthly newsletter. SGYC Board of Directors meets the third Tuesday of each month. Sometime before the appropriate Board meeting, the membership chairperson will be in contact with you to answer any questions. The Port Captain will be in touch if you are applying Flag or Jr. Flag membership, as your vessel and ownership documents must be inspected prior to the Board meeting. The Board’s action as to acceptance to your application for membership will be contingent upon completion of the above.
